Leflow’s forged steel gate valve is manufactured in accordance with API602, ISO15761 and ASME B16.34 and tested to API598. Three types of bonnet design: bolted bonnet,welded bonnet and pressure seal bonnet.Leflow’s Forged gate valve is OS&Y type, and composed of Body,Bonnet,Disque, Stem and other spare parts.
1.Body comes from trackable high quality forgings;
2.Bonnet can be Bolted, Welded and Pressure Seal type;
3.Disc is commonly Solid and wedge type, light torque and better sealing performance;
4.Stem is made from supper quality alloy steel.
5.Packing can be PTFE and Graphite filled with Stainless Steel.
6.Ends can be SW,NPT,BSPT,BW and Flange, The flange can be Integral or welded;
7.Backseal is integral.
8.Bellow Seal is also optional.
